Pets backward is steP

One day, Liz and I were bored or frustrated. We decided to be pets for the rest of the day. It went well. We slept on couches, occasionally spazzed out with pieces of string and with rubber balls, and ate things. We didn't pee outside though we did our best to cover our scent when we were done.

Here are photos of our inspirations:

Hainesy keeps the cats when the house breaks up. AJ keeps the dog. I hope to adopt a monkey in Puerto Vallarta, but I'll miss those lovely pets.

Job

Wonton Food, Inc., in Long Island is looking for a fortune cookie writer soon.

Also, everyone should be clever and try to win the New Yorker's caption contest. (See links.) It's a similar skill to writing fortune cookies. Speed and precision. Wit and wisdom. Compression, even.

I'm going to miss AJ's subscription to the magazine.
